Thank you so much for those of you have have signed up to volunteer for our 2026 Spring Fair! This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and we’re incredibly grateful to have such strong support to help make it a success. Here are a few key updates and requests:
Volunteer Scheduling
If you signed up to run a station and haven’t been contacted you yet, please reply to this email with:
- Your preferred station (if you have one)
- Any time constraints or preferred shifts
We’ll be creating the schedule in 30-minute increments and will do our best to accommodate everyone’s preferences.
Stations & Volunteer Needs
This year we have 15 game stations, plus a BBQ (hotdogs) and canteen. Below is the list of stations and the number of volunteers needed for each:

Face Painting Volunteers Needed
We are especially in need of volunteers who are artistic or experienced with face painting, as this is always one of our most popular stations. Without enough support, we may need to remove it—so if you or someone you know can help, please let us know!
Silent Auction & Donations
- Classroom basket donations will be collected this Friday.
- We require any donation of drinks (water, pop, juice)
- We need someone to “Run the BBQ and cook the hotdogs” 😊
- We are also seeking additional donations from local businesses (donation request letter attached). BBK Donation Request Letter.pdf
- We’re looking for small prize items such as:
- Small stuffed animals (for our Stuffy Rescue game)
- Temporary tattoos
- Suckers (for the Sucker Pull)
- Individually wrapped candy
- Stickers, small toy prizes, etc
- Baked goods - Small cakes, Cupcakes, Cake Pops, Cookies, Brownies (for our Musical Squares station - these can be dropped off the day of the event)
